Recipe for: 6-8 persons
Ingredients: 400 ml of warm water, 800 – 850 gr flour, 20 gr of fresh yeast, 1 teaspoon salt
Method of preparation: Place the flour in a dish over which the yeast is added and gradually the warm water. Knead the dough and after leaven it for 45-50 minutes. The dough is divided into 6-8 equal parts. Each piece is stretched out with the flipper as much as the size of the frying pan. Put the pan over the cooker stove, greased with oil. Place the bread in the pan and turn from side to side until it is tenderly browned. The bread can be served hot or cold, according to your preference.
