Recipe for: 4 persons
Ingredients: 12 tablespoons of water, 12 tablespoons of oil, 1 egg, 1 knife peak of salt, flour
as needed, fat, 1 kg apples, sugar
Method of Preparation: Dough is made from water, oil, salt, egg and flouras needed. The dough obtained is spread with the rolling pin and greased with the lard. Then it is folded in 3, stretched again with the rolling pin, greased once again with lard and folded once again in 3. It is left in the fridge for an hour. Meanwhile, the apples are grated and browned with sugar. The amount of sugar needs to be adjusted depending on the type of apple, if it is sweeter or sourer. The dough is removed from the fridge, divided into half, and 2 sheets are rolled with the rolling pin. A dough sheet is placed in the tray, the browned apples are put above and then it is placed the second dough
sheet on top. It is stung from place to place with a fork and after that the tray is put into the oven. It is baked until it becomes ripen, approximately 30-40 minutes.
