Method of Preparation: The Danube fish is prepared in many ways, but this is one of the favorite ways of preparing fish. Pieces of catfish, carps and perch are well salted and roll in a prepared mixture of wheat and corn flour, paprika and a little pepper. Fry on a plate in a well-heated grease or oil.
Special tips: In old recipes, all Danube fish are fried on grease. It should be noted that this is the
favorite recipe for preparing fish in places near the Danube.
Where to eat: Fried fish is on the menu of many restaurants along the Danube; but this kind of preparing the fish is not conventional and it is usually a homemade specialty.
