Between 07 and 09 December 2018, the Tourist Organization of the Negotin Municipality organized a conference on setting up the Romanian-Serbian Fishing and Hunting Club in Negotin, Serbia. The event was attended by 50 people, including 35 Serbs and 15 Romanians. The participants had a training session in the field in order to improve the knowledge about the management, the promotion of this type of tourism and also to bring to the attention of those interested the legislative conditions to be observed on both sides of the Danube for practicing these sports. Thus, the Club of Fishermen and Hunters in the Mehedinti and Borski regions will have the role of jointly developing an activity plan for the development of niche tourism in the cross-border area.
