BALTA ALU SONTU – GLAVICA – strating point: Glavica

Duration: 4-5 hours

The route starts from Donji Milanovac along Papreniciki Potok stream and out to Lake Pondalu Sontu, then climbing and reach Bukova Glava(Capebeech) and Glavica(the relay). The route surrounds Donji Milanovac along the riverPapreniciki Potokand around Lake Balram alu Sontu and returns to Glaveand to the city. Typical of this route is that it combines two natural monuments “Marsh Lake Sontu alu-Papreniciki Potok” and “Glavica” (Calvary). Lake Pond alu Sontu with a length of 130 m,width 60 m and depth 11.5 m is a rare natural phenomenon. The best place is the Glavica Peak belvedere (286m) with an opening to the bay Donji Milanovac and Poreci gulf.
