Legend / Story / Impressions / Recomamendations: Stefan Odobleja was a remarkable personality. Author, philosopher, military physician and Romanian writer, he is the world’s precursor of generalized cybernetics, which he himself called “the consonant psychology”. The house where the Romanian scholar was born is located in the “The Spring Valley” Village (Valea Izvorului), that later became “Stefan Odobleja” Village. The house was completely burnt in the 1970s, and a few years ago, the son of the great scholar began the reconstruction of the building exactly as it used to be. Nothing could be saved from the old building that burnt, except for some military clothes. The boxes containing the manuscripts of Stefan Odobleja, had been completely destroyed. The great scientist died at the age of 76, being post-mortem declared, in 1990, member of the Romanian Academy. Today the house belongs to his son, his only heir.
