Name of the Touristic Attraction: Danubius 1 Ship

Location: Orşova, Mehedinţi County, 29 kilometers away from the town of Drobeta Turnu Severin.

Description: It is a favorite tourist ship. Over the time, the ship has undergone a number of technical improvements to meet the needs of all tourists. It has a number of modern technical facilities such as:

– restaurant lounge with: air conditioning, bar, kitchen.

– 2 toilets

– life jackets

– covered deck with seats

– bow deck ship, with seats

– amplifier station with microphones

The ship was last reconditioned in 2013 and has a length of 26.92 m and a width of 5, 30 m. The capacity of the vessel is 80 persons.

The cruises on the Danube are organized for groups, but also individually (with reservation), with sightseeing of the main objectives in the area: the Small and Great Gorges, the Statue of Decebal, the Mraconia Monastery, etc. The ship can also host conferences and seminars as well as team buildings with practical applications.
