Stvarno, jezero Zaton nastaje pregra\u0111ivanjem prirodnog toka reke od strane brega Dealul Pe\u0161terii, masivna kre\u010dnja\u010dka stena, koja deluje kao brana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kao karsna pojava, jezero Veliki Zaton, ima nekoliko osobnih svojina, mo\u017ee dosti\u0107i veoma velike dimenzije, skoro 2 km2, a dubinu do 20 m. U ki\u0161nim godinama jezero ne presu\u0161ava i daje okolini za\u010daravaju\u0107u lepotu.
