Dana 27.Oktombra 1992. na dan Prepodobne mati Paraskeva, crkva je osve\u0161tena u prisustvu sedam sve\u0161tenika iz Temi\u0161vara, na \u0161elu sa episkopom \u0161umadijskim Savom.<\/p>\n<p>Crkva ima hram Svetog Nikole. Od tog dana polovina me\u0161tana Svinice slave krsnu slavu.<\/p>\n<p>Naselje Svinica je preme\u0161teno sa stare lokacije zbog stvaranja \u0111erdapske akumulacije. Stara crkva je imala isto hram Sv. Nikole. Slike, ikone i deo name\u0161taja iz stare crkve je preme\u0161ten u novoj crkvi.<\/p>\n<p>Crkva je svojina mesne zajednice Svinica koja broji oko 1000 vernika. Martinovi\u0107 \u017diva je svet\u0161tenik koji vr\u0161i du\u017enost bogoslu\u017eenja u toj crkvi skoro 40 godina.<\/p>\n<p>Crkva je okre\u010dana u unutra\u0161njpsti i spolja, dvori\u0161te je ure\u0111eno i sa puno cve\u0107a.
