Kada bra\u0161no poprimi zlatastu boju postepeno se dodaje vrela voda. Polako i konstantno se me\u0161a, da ne bi se stvarale grudvice. Na posebnoj vatri stavlja se posuda sa \u0161e\u0107erom. Kada se \u0161e\u0107er karamelizuje dodaje se malo rakije i me\u0161a se sve dok se dobija homogena masa. Ova se smesa preliva preko zapr\u0161ke sa bra\u0161nom, me\u0161aju\u0107i lagano. Dodaju se suve \u0161ljive ili drugo su\u0161eno vo\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Gde jesti:<\/strong> mo\u017eete na\u0107i ovaj obrok u restoranima u severnom delu Mehedinti \u017eupanije &#8211; Ponoarele,<br \/>\nIsverna, Baia de Arama<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Posebni napomena:<\/strong> Ostalo vo\u0107e (jabuke, kru\u0161ke, dunje itd) se\u010de se u u kri\u0161kama i su\u0161i se u mra\u010dnim prostorijama nekoliko sedmica.
