Sutradan se meso ocedi, nalije drugom vodom i prokuva. Kad pusti prvi klju\u010d, meso se opere hladnom vodom i dobro ocedi. Na zagrejanoj masno\u0107i propr\u017ei se crni luk i \u0161argarepa krupnije ise\u010dena. Dodaje se meso i dinsta dok luk potpuno ne omek\u0161a. Meso se nalije vodom da ogrezne, dodaju se lorber i biber i lagano kuva. Pred kraj se dodaje ise\u010dena slanina i pe\u010durke ise\u010dene na listi\u0107e. Kada meso omek\u0161a, dodaje se paradajz se\u010den na komade, za\u010dini se belim lukom i biberom, posoli i nalije crnim vinom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Posebni saveti:<\/strong> Lagano se kuva, boja koja treba da bude braon dotera se karamelom Na kraju se gustina gula\u0161a dotera gustinom, a od za\u010dina se mogu dodati: per\u0161un, miro\u0111ija, bosiljak i ruzmarin. Po \u017eelji mo\u017ee da se zaljuti. Uz srne\u0107i gula\u0161 servira se testenina- makarone, ka\u010damak ili pire od krompira. Ovo jelo je mogu\u0107e pripremiti i kori\u0161\u0107enjem drugih vrsta sastojaka, kao \u0161to su: paradajz iz fla\u0161e, pe\u010durke rudnja\u010de ili vrganji.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Gde jesti:<\/strong> Mo\u017ee se na\u0107i u meniju restorana Negotina i oko nas, kao iu seoskim turisti\u010dkim doma\u0107instvima iz ove oblasti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
