Avgusta, op\u0161tina Malovat, Mehedinti okrug, na udaljenosti od 14 kilometara od grada Drobeta Turnu Severin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Opis<\/strong>: Malovat Fossil Point ima povr\u0161inu od 6 ha. Sektor u kome su fosili brojniji i odakle se mo\u017ee istra\u017eiti faunisticki sastav Pontijskog naslaga koje predstavljaju bivalve i brachiopodovi je Malovat &#8211; dolina Boereasca &#8211; Colibasi &#8211; Cocorova. Pontic argill &#8211; laporne naslage u dolini Urda, desnom pritokom reke Malovata sa istim stratigrafskim sukcesijom, a dolina Boereasca sadrti Pontijsku faunu iz koje se identifikovala fauna
