Grad se nalazi 29 km od Drobeta Turnu Severin, na putu prema Temisvaru, DN6.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Opis<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> Or\u0219ova je grad s bogatom istorijom i impresivnom pri\u010dom. Izgra\u0111ena je na obali rezervata &#8220;\u0110erdap &#8221; i okru\u017eena je brdima koja stvaraju jedinstvene prirodne predele. Dakle, Or\u0219ova je mesto koje je vredno posetiti i razgledati okolinu i ne samo: Park Ion Dragalina, sme\u0161ten u centru grada, doma\u0107in je malom priobalnom ostrvu, a mogu\u0107i su izleti brodom iz grada po Dunavu. U gradu mo\u017eete posetiti vi\u0161e nacionalnih turisti\u010dkih atrakcija kao \u0161to su: Manastir Sf. Ana, Rimokatoli\u010dka katedrala ili Crkvu Svetog Nikole. \u00a0Nedavno je otvoren ogranak Muzeja regiona \u0110erdap, koji povezuje pri\u010de sa potopljenim ostrvom, Ada-Kaleh ili podvodnim gradom Or\u0219ova Veche, u Or\u0161avi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Legende \/ Pri\u010de \/ Impresije<\/strong> <strong>\/ Preporuke:<\/strong> Grad Or\u0219ova ima pri\u010du koja datira iz doba Da\u010dana i Rimljana, kada je grad bio poznat kao Dierna. \u00a0Prvobitno deo rimske provincije Dacia, Rimljani su ovde izgradili dvorac po imenu Dierna. Na podru\u010dju lokaliteta otkriveni su tragovi da\u010dijsko-rimskog naselja Dierna, koji je dobio status grada u 193. Godini. Tokom srednjovjekovnog perioda, tvr\u0111ava Or\u0161ava je zadr\u017eala svoj zna\u010daj, iako je osporavana svim silama tog vremena. Tako je Or\u0161ava bila predmet spora izme\u0111u litvanskog princa i Kraljevine Ma\u0111arske. Naselje ostaje u vlasni\u0161tvu vladara Vala\u0161a. Bilo je to, s imenovanjem Iancu de Hunedoara kao lidera Severina, u posedu Ma\u0111arske. Godine 1524. godine celu tvr\u0111avu Or\u0161ava su osvojili Turci, koji su je dr\u017eali \u00a0do 1688. godine, kada je grad pao pod austrijsku dominaciju, a 1768. godine postao je \u0161tab austrijskog grani\u010dnog garnizona, napadnut i uni\u0161ten 1819. godine od strane Tudor Vladimirescu. 1916. godine, naselje je oslobodila rumunska vojska. Godine 1923.
