Nalazi se u zapadnom delu okruga, na DN 57.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Opis: <\/strong>Prvobitno nazvano &#8220;Iselnita&#8221;, sadasnje selo je nekadasnje granicno podrucje, sa pa\u0161njacima, livadama, voc\u0301njacima, vinogradima, \u0161umama, eksploatacijom hroma u Ogradena, zanatskim radionicama, mramornim kamenolomima i kre\u010danama. Sada\u0161nje naselje datira jo\u0161 1970. godine, kada se nakon izgradnje hidroelektrane &#8220;\u0110erdap I&#8221; povec\u0301ao nivo vode, potopio i nametnuo preseljenje 24 naselja du\u017e Dunava, uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i E\u0161elnicu. Danas je to jedna od najva\u017enijih ta\u010daka turisti\u010dke atrakcije \u0110erdapske klisure, zbog mnogih opcija koje turisti imaju ako do\u0111u ovde. Tako mo\u017eete posetiti: Etnografski muzej &#8220;Doina Olimpia i Teodor Grigore&#8221;, Crkvu &#8220;Sv. Nikola &#8220;, Parohijski muzej i \u00a0Centar za razvoji rast Herman Kornja\u010de, ili se odlu\u010dite za jednu od aktivnosti za zabavu koje se ovde odvijaju: izlet stazama ekoturizma koje postoje u op\u0161tini ili krstarenje Dunavom, vo\u017enja biciklom na nekom od puteva planine Locvei, Alm\u0103jului i Mehedin\u021biului, sportski ribolov ili razna takmi\u010denja i igre. Tu je i ure\u0111eni poligon za planinere, gdje se mogu obu\u010diti za lake i srednje elemente planinarenja: penjanje, podsticaj, tirolski na\u010din.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Legende \/ Pri\u010de \/ Impresije \/ Preporuke<\/strong>: Ova oblast je bila naseljena od paleolita, kada su stanari bili lovci i ribari. Prvo pominjanje mesta u dokumentima javlja se 1484. godine, kada je Matei Corvin donirao Iacob G\u00e2rli\u0219teanu niz poseda uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i E\u0161elnicu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
