To su vrata koja kulturno i ekonomski povezuju zemlje gornjeg i srednjeg regiona Dunava. Ukupna povr\u0161ina parka je 633.608 ha a za\u0161ti\u0107ena povr\u0161ina pru\u017ea se na 93.968 ha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0110erdap je oduvek bilo prirodno strate\u0161ko mesto kako u miru tako i u ratu. Na njegovom podru\u010dju nalaze se veliki broj istorijskih spomenika. Ovde se nalazi i nacionalni park: najlep\u0161i nacionalni park, sa najstarijom geolo\u0161kom istorijom u Evropi, najdu\u017ea dolina u Evropi, najstarija klisura Evrope gde je Dunav naju\u017ei i najdublji, najve\u0107i prirodni atheolo\u0161ki nuzej Evrope, najstarija neolitska civilizacija, podru\u010dje sa najve\u0107im brojem istorijskih spomenika iz rimskog doba&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Park obuhvata po\u0161umljeno podru\u010dje (64%), sa bogatim i raznovrsnim biljnim i \u017eivotinjskim svetom i geomorfnim oblicima, kulturna i istorijska bogatstva od najudaljenijih vremena. Oko 9% (5.500 ha) parka se pru\u017ea du\u017e Dunava. Dunavska dolina ima u svom sastavu 3 doline i kanjona: Goluba\u010dki, Gospo\u0111in Vir i tri sliva: Ljupkovski, Donjomilanova\u0107ki i Or\u0161avski.<\/p>\n<p><a
