Recipe for:<\/strong> 4-6 persons<\/p>\n Ingredients:<\/strong> 1kg dried plums or other fruits (poame), 1 cup of sugar, 5 spoons of oil, 5 tablespoons of wheat flour<\/p>\n Method of Preparation:<\/strong> The oil is poured in a pan, on fire, until it gets hot, then the flour is added while stirring continuously. When the flour gets a golden color, hot water is gradually added. The composition is gently and constantly stirred in order to avoid the lumps. Separately, the sugar is placed on fire in a saucepan. When the sugar is caramelized, a little glass of brandy is added and after that the composition is mixed until it becomes homogeneous. The burnt sugar and brandy mixture is added on top of the flour sauce, gently mixing them.
