Recipe for:<\/strong> 8-10 persons<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong> six (6) liters of grape\u2019s juice (sweet wine made from freshly crushed\/pressed grapes)
\nand \u00bd white pumpkin.<\/p>\n

Method of Preparation:<\/strong> Pour 6 liters of grape\u2019s juice – freshly crushed, sweet, young wine in a larger earthen pot. Cook over low heat for about 60 minutes. Add peeled white pumpkin, cut into
\nbigger pieces and cook for the next two hours to the desired density.<\/p>\n

Special tips:<\/strong> For larger number of people double the quantity of young wine and cook the whole
\nmedium size pumpkin.<\/p>\n

Where to eat:<\/strong> Can be found in the menu of restaurants from Negotin and arounds and also in the rural touristic households from this area.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
