Thematic Route: <\/strong>The Hiking Route<\/p>\n Name of the Touristic Attraction: <\/strong>Eco-touristic Route “Ciucaru Mic”<\/p>\n Location: <\/strong>in Mehedin\u021bi County. <\/strong>Route access is from the national road DN57, in Dubova Bay, about 22 km away from Or\u015fova, towards Moldova Nou\u0103.<\/p>\n Description: <\/strong>The route has two options: one can be done in 2 hours, for those who are eager to reach the Danube Small Boilers Plateau , and the other one takes 6 hours, for those who want to get know better the specifics of these places. The climax of the two versions of this route is common, namely the Danube Small Boilers Plateau. The Eco-touristic route consists of mountain paths that cross oaks, beech forests and numerous meadows. Here grows drobi\u0163a (Genista tinctoria), a tincture plant, from which women extracted, in the past, plant dyestuffs for the dyeing of wool.
