Thematic Route<\/strong>: The Cultural Heritage Route<\/p>\n Name of the Touristic Attraction<\/strong>: Blahni\u0163a Protected Natural Area<\/p>\n Location<\/strong>: in Mehedinti County. The access is from the DN6 road on the route: Craiova – Filia\u015fi – Strehaia – Pruni\u015for – Poroina – \u015eimian, the national road DN56A to Hinova.<\/p>\n Description<\/strong>: The natural area is located in the central-southern extremity of Mehedin\u0163i County. Situated in the Danube Meadow, Blahni\u0163a Protected Area extends along Burila Mare, Devesel, Gogo\u015fu, Hinova, Jiana and P\u0103tulele communes and is crossed by DN56C (connecting Salcia and Burila Mare) and DN56A (linking Calafat and Drobeta -Turnu Severin). Blahni\u0163a area covers a surface of 43,711 hectares and is considered a wetland of international importance.
