Legend \/ Story \/ Impressions<\/strong> \/ Recommendations<\/strong>: <\/strong>The museum is on UNESCO\u2019s list of monuments under the name \u201eThe Baroque Palace<\/em>\u201d. It is one of the most beautiful patrimony buildings in the locality and has a special architecture. Built by the Sabetay family, the museum hosts valuable works of famous painters such as: Luchian, Petrascu, Pallady, Tonitza, Dimitrescu, Sirato, Stoenescu, Iser, Ressu, Baesu, Steriade, Darascu, Grigorescu, Mutzner, Schwaitzer-Cumpana, Theodorescu Sion, Popescu, Stefan Popescu, Ciucurencu, Ciupe, Catargi, Tuculescu, Musceleanu or Corneliu Baba. The walls of the museum also host about 100 works of the Mehedinti artist Ghia\u021b\u0103, to which are added a series of sculpture works, icons, representative works for religious art, for Br\u00e2ncoveanu art, forn modern or contemporary decorative art, etc.<\/p>\n
